Notegral uses the minimum storage needed to function. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

What we use

• Authentication session cookie: set only when you sign in, so the app can keep you signed in for sync. It is essential for that feature and is not used for tracking.
• Browser local storage (IndexedDB / localStorage): stores your notes locally and small preferences (such as your last-sync time and view settings). This stays on your device.

Managing it

You can clear this storage at any time through your browser settings. Signing out removes the authentication session. Note that clearing local storage will remove notes that have not been synced or backed up. Deleting your account (open Settings, then Delete account) also erases all of the app's local storage on that device, along with everything in the cloud.
