Licence

1. Licence to use the app

Subject to these terms, Eralight Limited grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Notegral for your own note-management purposes. The app, its design, and its code are owned by Eralight Limited and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

2. Restrictions

Except where permitted by law or by a separate written agreement, you may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the app, nor reverse-engineer it other than as allowed by applicable law.

3. Your content is yours

This licence covers the app itself, not your notes. You own the content you create and import. We claim no ownership over it.

4. Third-party components

The app is built with open-source components that remain under their own licences. This licence does not alter your rights under those third-party licences.
