Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Notegral (“the app”). By using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. The service

The app helps you organize, edit, merge and manage notes you have created elsewhere (such as in NotebookLM). It is a management tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Google or NotebookLM.

2. Your content

You retain all rights to the notes and content you create or import. You are responsible for having the right to store and process that content. You grant us only the limited permission necessary to store, sync and display it back to you as part of providing the service.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the app, including attempting to disrupt it, access other users’ data, or use it for unlawful purposes.

4. Availability & changes

The app is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Features may change, and the service may be interrupted or discontinued. Keep your own backups (the app provides an export/backup feature for this purpose).

5. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time: open Settings, then Delete account. Deletion is immediate and permanent: your notes, collections, files, practice records and plan are erased from our systems, any active subscription is cancelled, and nothing can be recovered afterwards. The app offers a full download of your data before you confirm; taking it is your responsibility. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Disclaimers & liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app is provided without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for any loss of data or indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
