Ask inside the app first

The ? button in the header opens Ask Iffy, which answers questions about how Notegral works and links to the handbook entry behind each answer. The handbook itself sits behind the same button, under Browse the handbook, and covers every feature the app has.

Report something broken

In the sidebar, Report a bug sends the message straight to us, along with nothing else: your notes stay where they are. Say what you expected and what happened, and which browser you were in. Screenshots help more than anything else.

The NotebookLM importer add-on

The browser add-on copies your saved NotebookLM notes and reports into Notegral. Open your notebook, press the Notegral button at the bottom left, tick what you want, and it arrives here with its headings, lists and tables intact.

If it does not find your notes

• Reload the notebook page (F5) and try again. A note that NotebookLM has just written does not always appear in the Studio list until the page redraws.
• Keep the tab visible while it works. Browsers slow hidden tabs down so far that NotebookLM stops drawing, and the add-on pauses rather than reading a half-drawn page.
• Check you are running the latest version of the add-on. NotebookLM changes its own interface from time to time, and each change needs a new release to follow it.

You can also bring notes in without the add-on: copy the text and paste it into Add, or import a file. Nothing in Notegral depends on the add-on.

Your data

Your notes live on your device and, if you sign in, in your own account in the cloud. The privacy policy says exactly what is stored and what is sent where, including what the AI features see. You can export everything, or delete your account and all of it, from Settings.
